We want to get to know you, understand your goals, exercise history, and any pre-existing injuries you may have. We'll give you an overview of our program, how it differs from other fitness programs you may have tried, and address any questions or concerns you may have about becoming a member.
Please do not show up to class without contacting us and getting a response first. We want to make sure everyone has the best experience possible and strongly believe that chatting with us first is best.
Athletes with previous CrossFit experience can join our regular group classes skipping the fundamentals sessions at the discretion of the owners and coaches.
#2 COMPREHENSIVE MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT
In order to help you achieve your goals we believe it's important to have a strong understanding of any movement restrictions you may have.
We partner with Dr. Derek Myers at Kinect Rehab to provide a comprehensive movement assessment of all the major joints. Derek has worked with many of our new and existing members in conjunction with us to help them achieve new-found function or alleviate pain without surgery.
#3 CROSSFIT FUNDAMENTALS CLASS
This program has a specific start date (at least once monthly). You will be informed of the next start date during your No Sweat Intro conversation.
The program is a six class series for $200 that is held on Tuesday & Thursday at 8:00 pm and Saturdays at 10:30 am and takes 2 weeks to complete.
Classes build upon one another, so you must start on the first class of the cycle.
